Lost Skills Program: Learn to Make Everyday Yeast Breads: Loaf + Rolls

Learn the basics of yeast bread making and leave feeling confident you can make homemade bread anytime! We’ll be focusing on quick recipes that can easily be made after a long day of work and enjoy immediately for dinner. We’ll be making both a sandwich loaf and dinner rolls in class. Students will have the opportunity to taste test during class and will leave with their own pan of rolls to enjoy with their families as well as a recipe card to keep practicing at home.
