Downtown Columbia City has a fresh reason to celebrate! The Junction Cafe & Home Decor has officially moved into its new home at 207 W. Van Buren Street, marking an exciting new chapter for one of downtown’s favorite locally owned businesses.
The move has been years in the making.
After nearly four years of planning and hard work, The Junction has relocated to a larger space in the heart of downtown. The new location gives the business room to grow—not only with more seating and shopping opportunities, but also with plans for an expanded food menu.
Once their new kitchen hood and fire suppression system are installed, customers can look forward to an even bigger selection of comfort food favorites, including burgers, crispy chicken, fries, and other hot menu items the team has been eager to introduce.
For now, guests can still enjoy many of The Junction’s signature offerings, including soups, sandwiches, desserts, and, of course, their famous cheesecake.
To celebrate the move, The Junction hosted a Grand Reopening featuring special promotions, gift bags for the first customers, and a Cheesecake Bite Bar benefiting the Whitley County Humane Society—a sweet way to give back to the community that has supported them every step of the way.
The owners say none of this would have been possible without the encouragement of their loyal customers.
