Join us Thursday, July 2nd at 6:30 pm! This free, patriotic concert in downtown Columbia City honors our local Veterans and celebrates our nation’s history, heritage and enduring spirit. As our country approaches the 250th anniversary of American independence, this special evening offers a meaningful moment to reflect on the ideals that unite us–through the power of music.
Enjoy lively performances from Whitko Marching Band, Creole Candy Dixieland Band, Lawrence E Wolfe Community Handbell Choir, Indian Springs Middle School Choir, the Whitley County Community Choir, historical reading of the Declaration of Independence and other important American documents, plus more! Bring your family, and friends, and settle in for a summer evening of live music in the heart of downtown. This community celebration is a perfect way to kick off Independence Day festivities while honoring the past and looking ahead together.
