DESCRIPTION:Keepsakes For Riley Hospital For Children!\nJoin us for the 10th Annual Cam-Run 2.8 run/walk & 5K on September 12th\, 2026. All proceeds (100%) from Cameron’s memorial run/walk support a program giving comfort to hearts forever grieving the loss of a child. The Riley NICU has 80 to 100 parents leave with their arms empty each year. The Riley NICU Bereavement Program adds comfort to broken hearts through keepsakes of their Angel babies.\n\nPlease join us for an exciting morning raising money for a great cause! All are welcome including pets. Three and under are free (the smallest t-shirt size will be youth small). This is an experience for the whole family with a scenic trail for a nice walk/run\, live music\, prize drawings\, and sweet treats. Please check out our Facebook page. The 2.8 run/walk is not timed but the 5K will be!\n(20+) Cam-Run 2.8 run/walk & 5K | Facebook\n\n\nLike many grieving parents\, we worry what few memories we have may slowly fade over the years. We are extremely grateful for the beautiful keepsakes we received from the Riley NICU Bereavement Program. Each one plays a significant role in making memories last.\n\nWe strongly believe in this self-funded program and the Riley NICU nurses. They make certain parents receive the love and comfort through them and the keepsakes provided. The program is extremely important to keep financially capable of providing keepsakes. Those keepsakes include: heart shaped heartbeat recorders\, beautiful foot print necklaces\, engraved boxes to keep the keepsakes in\, angel bears\, pictures\, and even caskets.\n\nWe treasure each keepsake of our son Cameron\, but our most treasured is the hand and feet molds. We are able to hold them\, tracing each little intricate detail\, remembering the way he would hold our hands. Each keepsake triggers a memory that we are able to hold in our hearts forever until we hold our son again.
