Learning About Our Local Lakes

Join us for an exciting program – Learning About our Local Lakes – on Tuesday, August 11th at the Peabody Public Library in Columbia City from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

The program will focus on fish biology, watersheds, and the Crooked Lake Nature Preserve.

The speakers will include Department of Natural Resources Officers Tyler Delauder (biologist), Adam Balzer (ecologist), and Lyn Crighton, the executive director of The Watershed Foundation.

The program sponsors are the Crooked Lake Association, Loon Lake Association, The Watershed Foundation (TWF), and the Peabody Public Library.

This is a free event and open to everyone. No library card necessary.
