Learn the basics of foraging for wild herbs and plants to make homemade herbal vinegar dressing for your next salad. You’ll learn safety tips and common wild plants that grow in our area that can be used to bring more nutrition to your next meal!
Let’s learn how simple it is to make delicious and nutritious dressing regularly for your family with just a few simple ingredients. We’ll walk through all the steps together and students will leave equipped with a jar of herbal vinegar dressing, as well as a recipe card to continue practicing at home.
*students will bring home a ½ pint jar of dressing and a recipe card
-Recommended to wear closed toed shoes, long pants, and hat
