DESCRIPTION:Join us for a demonstration in the artistry of woodturning and scroll saw work with Fred and Rhonda Inman\, Inman Wood Artists. \nFred and Rhonda Inman specialize in creating treasures out of reclaimed trees. Fred turns Wood Bowls & Vases\, makes cutting boards\, cheese cutters. He also makes natural Edge wood furniture that is at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art. \nRhonda uses the Scroll Saw to make Christmas Ornaments\, Snow Flakes\, Wildlife & Horse Portraits and uses the Mini Lathe to create items such as Pens\, Eggoscopes\, Sea Urchin Ornaments\, Christmas Ornaments & more. \nBoth join us today to talk about their work and show us a little bit of the magic and artistry behind woodworking. \nThis program is made possible in part by Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne and the Indiana Arts Commission\, which receives support from the State of Indiana and the National Endowment for the Arts. \nRegistration is required.
