DESCRIPTION:We are proud to be hosting our very first Repair Café! \nWith this initiative we are trying to give items a second life and prevent them from ending up in landfills. \nPatrons are encouraged to bring in one to two items of clothing\, a stuffed animal that needs mended\, or a bike that needs some minor repairs! \nClothing must be clean prior to bringing them in and cannot be undergarments \nBikes will have to be brought around the back of the building to be evaluated and fixed \nPeabody Public Library is not responsible for damaged items and patrons will need to sign a waver before items can be reviewed \nItems may not be repairable \nThis event is free and does not require a library card to attend!
