Cibo Ristorante is hosting our first annual wine tasting dinner December 7th starting at 6pm! 5 courses of food. Each course paired with a hand selected wine from our current wine list by master wine sommelier Roberto Splendore with Vino of Indiana Distributors. Tickets must be purchased in person at Cibo Ristorante (223 W Van Buren St., Columbia City, IN).

1st Course
Eggplant Caponata Bruschetta
-Toasted crostini, roasted eggplant, onion, roasted red peppers, feta, balsamic glaze
2nd Course
Zuppa Toscana
-Mild Italian sausage, onion, kale, red skin potatoes, pancetta, cream, parmesan
3rd Course
Caesar with Grilled Polenta
-Grilled polenta, romaine, sun dried tomato, house made caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, croutons
4th Course
Pork Shank Osso Buco
-Roasted Yukon gold potato plank, wilted spinach, braised mini pork shank osso buco, bourbon butter tomato demi glace
5th Course
Torta Della Nonna
-House made torte crust, vanilla and lemon custard, pine nuts, powdered sugar, amaretto whipped cream
