2024 Season-long
Food Application 

Click here to obtain an application for the entire 2024 Season. The fee, made payable to Whitley County Health Department, is $100.00

2023 Single Event Food Application

Click here to obtain an application for a single event in 2024. The fee, made payable to the Whitley County Health Department, is $20 per event. A new application MUST be completed for each event. 

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION!

If you are a food vendor, you are REQUIRED to obtain a Mobile Food Unit or Temporary Food Service permit from the Whitley County Health Department. First Fridays is not directly affiliated with the Whitley County Health Department. You will need to complete the appropriate application and personally submit it.

Vendors...

All vendors must be registered prior to the event to be able to participate.
This is to ensure your coverage under our liability insurance and

accounts for a space for you the day of the event. 

All vendors are required to check in at the northwest corner of the courthouse where the band sets up.

MEET THE COMMITTEE

Mike Thomas was born in Texas but is a longtime CC resident. He studied photojournalism at Ball State University and is currently a Senior Nuclear Pharmacy Tech for Cardinal Health. His passions are music, skateboarding and community betterment.  Mike is responsible for booking the musical entertainment for our events. "I enjoy bringing good live music to the community and watching everyone have a good time together in our great little town." 

Megan Leedy was born and raised in our great town of Columbia City. Her favorite thing to do is raise her two daughters. Megan is part of the collaborative effort in planning and coordinating the multiple aspects of First Fridays. She has a passion for our community and making it feel welcoming and safe. She is a full-time stylist at a local salon and enjoys staying involved with fundraisers, charities and local shops

Jordan Esterline was born and raised in Columbia City. A mover and shaker with strong ties to the community, Jordan has been on the First Friday committee for the last 2 years, bringing to the team planning and development. Jordan's favorite part of First Fridays is the ability to interact and spend time with all members of the community. "What was once a small event, now proudly serves over 4,000 attendees! I am proud of the town we live in, and I love doing all we can to make our small town shine."

Leslie Blakley she was raised in East Central Indiana, but has been a part of the Columbia City community since 2003. "I grew up in a small community much like Columbia City, so I have always felt at home here." Her passion for non-profit work, coupled with her love of building community and supporting small businesses, led her to her involvement with First Fridays. Leslie is primarily responsible for completing administrative tasks for First Fridays and helping the event to run flawlessly!
