Downtown Columbia City was bursting with color, community and springtime charm during this year’s Flower Crawl, and what a beautiful day it was from start to finish.
With sunshine overhead, perfect spring temperatures and sidewalks filled with smiling flower crawlers carrying fresh blooms, downtown was truly alive all day long. Guests explored local businesses, visited the bustling Farmers Market, and stopped throughout downtown to collect stems and build their own custom bouquets along the way.
We were thrilled to welcome not only our local community, but also visitors from out of town who came to experience the event and spend the day enjoying everything downtown Columbia City has to offer. Seeing so many people shopping, dining, strolling and connecting throughout downtown made the day even more special.
This year’s Flower Crawl was officially sold out, and we could not be more grateful for the incredible turnout and support. One of the best parts of the day was watching participants explore downtown with excitement as their bouquets grew stop by stop. The creativity, energy and joy throughout the event made it a truly memorable spring day for our community.
A very special thank you goes to our Flower Crawl partner, Bravo Floral, for providing the beautiful blooms and carefully selecting such a stunning variety of flowers for participants to enjoy. The bouquets created throughout the day were absolutely gorgeous and added even more beauty to downtown.
We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful Flower Crawl sponsors whose support helped make this event possible:
- Vintage Blessed General Store
- Casa Balbina CC
- Coyote IT
- Andy’s Car Wash Columbia City
- The Kitchen & Company
- Olivia Hinen – State Farm Agent
Events like Flower Crawl are such a wonderful reminder of the energy, creativity and connection that make downtown Columbia City so special. Thank you to everyone who participated, shopped local businesses and helped make this event such a success.
We are already looking forward to next year’s Flower Crawl and can’t wait to see downtown bloom again.
